Arms as Standard Errors of Measurement

When she entered into his space

She neglected to read the fine print

Had she been more diligent she

would have opted for a detour

Any alternate path would have sufficed

You see the phrasing for the contract was
muddled, the meaning lost in a place

where what is said is not what is done

Slow to understand and embarrassed to

realize, that his was a space where

arm’s length was more than a simple

measurement

Arm’s length wasn’t her forte

Throw the girl a normal curve and she

could make that bell ring

Seeing too late the standard error
she simply calculated the damage
changed the math, and drop kicked

his operation to the curb
